
Authorities said that a manhunt is on for a group of robbers that stole 28 handguns from a business in Pennsylvania last month.
The robbery took place on February 23rd at around 4 a.m. at John’s Gun and Tackle Room in Palmer Township in Northampton County.
The ATF (The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) is rewarding $5,000 for information in the case.
Sam Rabadi, a special agent in charge of the Philadelphia Field Division of the Philadelphia Field Division, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives said that stolen guns often end up in the hands of violent criminals, who threaten our communities. ATF is dedicated to protecting the public by identifying and arresting those responsible for these crimes.
Law enforcement authorities believe that suspects may be connected to attempted robberies at Valley Guns in Allentown, and Relic Hunters in Whitehall. Those robberies also happened on the same day.
