Following the amazing success of Aditya Dhar's Dhurandhar, the team is now preparing for Dhurandhar: The Revenge which will arrive on March 19. The trailer, lasting three minutes and 25 seconds, gives a sneak peek of Ranveer Singh returning in a more aggressive revenge-driven role, taking control of Pakistan's Lyari area after the demise of Rehman Dakait, played by Akshaye Khanna. Based on remarkable real events, the first movie introduced viewers to a thrilling two-part spy story. It showcased an Indian intelligence agent working secretly in Karachi, maneuvering through criminal organizations and political groups to take down a terror group endangering India's safety. In Dhurandhar 2, the story continues with Hamza Ali Mazari, an undercover Indian agent now well-established in the criminal world of Pakistan. The trailer reveals the journey of these lesser-known characters, focusing on a more personal struggle for the main character, Jaskirat Singh Rangi/Hamza Ali Mazari, played by Ranveer Singh.

With an energetic background score, Ranveer Singh showcases an unprecedented persona, this time filled with anger, rage, and violence. Starring Ranveer Singh, Dhurandhar: The Revenge will hit cinemas on March 19. International advance tickets for the movie opened this week in select foreign markets. As excitement builds, the producers are preparing to begin advance ticket sales in India too. Dhurandhar 2 started selling tickets domestically on March 7, right after the trailer was released at 11 a.m. Ranveer Singh shared the news of the trailer launch on his Instagram, writing in the caption, "Get ready. Trailer available tomorrow, March 7, at 11:01 AM. DhurandharTheRevenge Coming to Theaters Around the World on March 19, 2026 in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. " The creators of Dhurandhar 2 are also organizing special paid preview screenings for the evening of March 18, the day before the film's global premiere on March 19.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar: The Revenge stars Ranveer Singh, Sara Ali Khan, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, and Arjun Rampal in important roles. The sequel picks up from the suspenseful conclusion of the first film, following Hamza Ali Mazari's progress in Pakistan's Lyari and his chase after Major Iqbal.
